Plan Your Path: How to Develop Your Business Plan Class

Business plans are important tools for all entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners and are essential for planning a solid path forward. In this workshop, led by Charlie Warner of Human|Work, we will explore the key elements of a solid business plan, how to utilize your plan effectively, and how to reorient when plans don’t go as planned. We will cover the essential elements of business planning and how to use your plans to get funding, reduce overwhelm, and improve your leadership.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have not only a deeper understanding of what makes a business plan effective but also a tangible framework tailored to your specific goals. The session is interactive and collaborative, offering opportunities to receive feedback, ask questions, and connect with like-minded professionals. Whether you’re a first-time entrepreneur or an established business owner looking to pivot, this workshop will equip you with the skills and confidence to craft a business plan that drives growth and ensures long-term success.
