Yes, financial health is about numbers, but it’s also about mindset, habits, and the systems that support sustainable growth. In this session, Charlie Warner of Human|Work will guide small business owners through the inner and outer strategies of financial resilience. Participants will explore how personal values shape financial decision-making, develop tools to weather uncertainty and financial trauma, and begin crafting a framework for long-term fiscal strength that supports both business and well-being.​
