Humanizing Your 2024 Annual Review

12/3/2024

Look back on your last year of business to form key takeaways, lessons learned, and how to form insights for the year ahead.
As we approach the end of the calendar year, it can be helpful to reflect on the past 12 months, celebrate accomplishments, and uncover valuable lessons from the challenges faced. This workshop, led by Charlie Warner of Human|Work will guide you through a humanized approach to reflecting on your venture’s performance over the past year.
We’ll explore how to make your reflection process not only productive but also personal and meaningful. Through guided prompts and group discussions, you'll have the opportunity to look beyond numbers and achievements to connect with the human side of entrepreneurship: how the year shaped you, impacted your team, and aligned with your core values. By humanizing the retrospective process, we create a supportive space for honest reflection, allowing you to carry forward not just strategies but renewed purpose and insight into the year ahead.

About the Utah Microloan Fund:
Our mission is to support small business owners across the state by providing business training and funding to those who don’t qualify for traditional financing. How are we different from other financial institutions?

The UMLF helps people who:
  • Are just starting out and don’t have an operating history
  • Don’t have enough collateral for a conventional loan
  • Have had life events that have had a negative impact on credit scores
We are designed to support business owners by offering small business microloans. Our application and loan process is simple and can provide funds for equipment, inventory, or working capital. Learn more at www.umlf.org
